Processing & Tracking
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Pre-paid Orders
- Processing Time: We will ship your prepaid order within 48 hours of placement.
- Shipping Fee: Free shipping is offered on all pre-paid orders.
- Delivery Time: Delivery is generally completed within 7-8 business days after shipping.
- Refund Deduction: In case of a refund request, the cost of the return shipping (₹90 INR) will be deducted from your total refund amount (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Processing Time: We will ship your COD order within 1-2 working days of placement.
- Shipping Fee: A non-refundable shipping cost of ₹90 INR is applied to all COD orders and will be calculated and added at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Delivery is generally completed within 7-8 business days after shipping.
- Refund Deduction: In case of a refund request, the cost of the return shipping (₹90 INR) will be deducted from the refund amount. This is in addition to the non-refundable ₹90 INR COD shipping charge paid at the time of order.
